Katie founded Mantra after dividing her first design agency in Jersey and relocating to London.
Her playful but considered approach to the creative process ensures that output from the studio is visually fresh and delivered with true purpose and meaning.
This focus on working from deeper understanding grew after studying conceptual copywriting at LCC, later applying this knowledge through visual interpretation that communicates both conscious and subconscious messages.
Always seeking to ensure that measurable and steady growth will result from any marketing activity, Katie will look at every angle within a marketing strategy and help businesses truly understand both their target audience and themselves.
Katie has been lead conceptual designer on numerous award-winning marketing campaigns, most recently winning 3 Chartered Institute of Marketing Awards for Healthhaus including; Best Brand, Best Integrated Campaign and Over-All Marketing Achievement in 2015. Katie was also lead conceptual copywriter and designer in the team that won Best Brand in 2007 for The Royal Yacht Hotel, Jersey.
She takes pride in having a positive and out going nature, and enjoys providing essential marketing support for a wide variety of clients.

Teresa is a graphic designer, illustrator and a self-confessed typaholic that thinks that everything can be solved with a wacom and a good brush pen.
After studying Design for 3 years at IADE - Creative University in Lisbon, Teresa started her career in a small print studio in Portugal. Here she decided that she wanted to learn more about the visual world and different cultures leading her to take a Masters in Design and Visual Culture.
It was here that she discovered her love of lettering, fruit of her obsession with vintage graphic design and typography. She also learned to use her hands more often than the screen and so Teresa always likes to take a step back from the technological world and try and include something unique and personal in each design.
Graduating with Distinction, Teresa moved to London where she started working in a boutique studio in Shoreditch. Here, Teresa developed her skills as a designer, working in numerous projects. Here she had the opportunity to work and learn with a range of many clients that continue to inpire her work to this day. Some of her clients include: Africa Writes, FilmAfrica, Apples & Snakes, Spine Festival and Moon Festival between others.
Because Teresa is always seeking out new challenges and perspectives in the visual world, she decided it was time for a new adventure. She joined Mantra Brand House in the beginning of 2018 and so far has worked in a vast range of projects from branding to marketing campaigns with Katie.
