HR has always been about two things. People and numbers. Get the people right and your numbers look good, get your numbers right and you’ll attract and retain the right people. Numbers are in general pretty straight forward but people, of course, are notBecause small island communities bring unique HR challenges, Kojima have created the first islands only reward database and survey technology, coupled with specialised expert advice. With the job market becoming increasingly competitive the mix of big data and softer skills is coming at the right time for the offshore communities who have been overlooked until now.
We worked with the team to interpret this tech yet people savvy brand and deliver something that would be modern and marry the two aspects of the business. This futuristic brand has it's own custom drawn robot who guides users in the reward software interface, whilst the heavily Japanese inspired design utilises a mixture of bright, clean and bold graphics.
Kojima itself means small island, something we employed an encyclopaedic approach to explaining.
